If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & exchanges
You may request a return for items purchased within 30 days of the shipping date.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- You must have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
- Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team at support@ceolox.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Digital products once downloaded or accessed (unless defective).
- Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout.
- Personalized or custom goods where modifications were confirmed by you.
- Products damaged by misuse, unauthorized alteration, or if returned outside the 30-day window.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The refunded amount will reflect the amount you paid at the time of purchase. Note: shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or version), please indicate this at the time of return request. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your returned item and confirm availability of the replacement. Shipping cost responsibility for the exchange will be clarified at that time.
Non-returnable items
Please note that the following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ceolox.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photograph evidence. We’ll arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate — and cover the return shipping in those cases.
Return shipping & costs
If the return is due to change of mind, you will be responsible for arranging and paying the shipping to return the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
If the return or exchange is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping and arrange pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label where feasible.
International orders
For customers outside the UK / EU: Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply on delivery or return. These are non-refundable by Ceolox. If you return an item internationally, you are responsible for any duties or shipping both ways unless the return is due to our error.
How we calculate refunds
Refunds are issued in the same payment method and currency as the original transaction. If currency conversion is necessary, changes in exchange rates or conversion fees may affect the final refund amount. Shopify Help Center+1

We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
